2012 was not exactly the most prolific year for A Blogger, Idiot. Posts to the blog have been in decline in recent years, a reality I have no choice but to attribute to my burgeoning career as a model for North Face outdoorwear. Of course, many readers may chime in here to remark that the period of recent inactivity is the best this blog has ever been. But one of the blog's purposes1 is to keep me sharp, and to motivate me to create and publish. So, please continue to check back now and then.
